1. TTI has been engaged, as a Prime contractor, on an Infrastructure support and Maintenance project for one of the most critical applications, by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms under the Department of Treasury. Security cleared IT teams help troubleshoot maintenance tickets remote access issues to complex Oracle 9i database issues.
2. For the above-mentioned client, TTI was engaged with several projects that involved Software Maintenance, Independent Verification & Validation (IV & V) and Operations (Seat Management). The project provided an incisive appreciation of the Software Project Management processes for Government department.
3. TTI is engaged with a large retail chain of Sports goods for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure for all their retail outlets. The Point-of-sale application has been further integrated to the client's website to generate online sales of the client's goods.
