TTI received its 8(a) STARS II, Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The 8(a) STARS II contract vehicle allows Small Businesses to provide advanced technology services and solutions to federal agencies. The program has a $10B ceiling and five-year base period with one, five-year option with fixed price, labor hour, and time and material terms contract types. It also provides Pre-competed, easy-to-use contract with streamlined ordering procedures based on FAR 16.505.
